Amanda brings more than a decade of real estate experience, a love for people, and a genuine enthusiasm for all the little details that make a real estate transaction come together.
A licensed REALTOR® since 2012, Amanda has been involved in many real estate transactions throughout her career. Her background includes residential sales, transaction coordination, marketing, client relations, and real estate operations, giving her a unique ability to see both the big picture and the countless details happening behind the scenes.
As Becky’s right hand, Amanda helps keep everything moving, from preparing listings and coordinating vendors to managing deadlines, paperwork, marketing, and client communication. She loves staying one step ahead, and making sure clients feel informed and cared for throughout the process. She’s also never afraid to jump in wherever she’s needed, which is one of her favorite things about working in real estate. No two days are ever quite the same!
Amanda has called Northern Virginia home for many years and now lives in Warrenton with her husband, Gilberto, and their two daughters. She especially loves the charm and lifestyle of Virginia’s Piedmont, from its beautiful countryside and historic towns to its close-knit communities.
When she isn’t working, there’s a good chance you’ll find Amanda at the barn. Horses are a huge part of her family’s life, and she owns a Thoroughbred named Truly, whom she and her daughter enjoy showing. She also loves traveling with her family, spending summer days by the pool, trying great restaurants, and planning their next adventure.
At heart, Amanda is a people person. She loves building relationships, making people feel comfortable, and turning what can sometimes be an overwhelming process into something that feels organized and manageable. She’s excited to bring that energy, experience, and personal touch to Becky’s clients and to be part of a team that values relationships just as much as results.
