Becky and her husband helped me sell my condo in July 2012. It took over a year and two different buyers from beginning to end, but Becky stuck it out for me. She was very organized in dealing with lots of paperwork from multiple parties, much of it redundant or re-requested on separate occasions. It was wonderful to be able to rely on Becky throughout the process, and I firmly believe it would have been a much more difficult ordeal without her. Prior to the sale, her husband Chip was the responsible for managing the condo as a rental property.
